International Cyber University — Online Master’s Program

International Cyber Education Center at Graduate School, Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS) was established on October 15, 2015 as a pioneering entirely online distance learning graduate education provider for master’s degree programs in the Mongolian higher education system. MNUMS operated as International Cyber University of Medical Sciences during its inaugural years.

Professor Young Moon Chae, honorary professor of MNUMS and visiting professor of Yonsei University in South Korea, played an enormous role in establishing the distance learning platform that is fully operating for a graduate curriculum in Mongolia, drawing on his expertise in developing digital governance and health information systems in Asia and the Western Pacific region.
