Department for Administration and Human Resources
Works to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the President’s office, ensure the implementation of legislation, and develop policy, planning, reporting, and human resource management capacity for the university.
Department of Monitoring, Analysis, Evaluation and Internal Auditing
Monitors and evaluates the implementation of university policy, performance plans, and main activities, ensures the implementation of laws and regulations, and conducts risk-based internal audit activities.
Division for Marketing
Renews and promotes the international and national social status and image of the health sector, systematically plans the promotion of health sector values, human resources, services, and achievements to the public, and organizes marketing, advertising, and brand development for the university.

Vice President for Research and International Affairs

Department for International Relations
Develops MNUMS’s international cooperation in science, technology, education, and health, built on a history dating to 1942, with memoranda of understanding and cooperation agreements signed with more than 120 organizations across 22 countries, including a long-standing partnership with Yonsei University in South Korea since 1993 and joint programs with institutions in China, Japan, and the United States.

Vice President for Academic Affairs

Department for Undergraduate Education Policy and Management
Responsible for providing higher education in accordance with MNUMS’s mission and strategic objectives, developing and implementing education-related policies, rules, and regulations, and ensuring unified coordination of undergraduate curriculum and training programs.
Division for Student Development and Management
Organizes all student-related activities from registration through graduation, training not only professionals but citizens with strong ethics, communication skills, artistic and sporting talent, and holistic personal development, through the Student Cultural Center, Student Eco Center, and student clubs and councils.
Department for Teacher Development and E-Learning
Enhances faculty members’ teaching and research skills, supports their continued development, and ensures the use of technological advances to continuously improve the university’s e-learning platform.
Department for Graduate Education Policy and Management
Provides unified policy and management for 56 master’s and doctoral programs, spanning clinical medicine, traditional medicine, public health, oral medicine, bio-medicine, nursing, and pharmacy, and organizes admissions, curriculum updates, and accreditation for graduate education.

Vice President for Hospital Affairs

Department for University Hospital Development
Works to create and develop a university hospital system in Mongolia with the most qualified doctors, teachers, researchers, nurses, and medical specialists, providing a comprehensive range of educational, research, and health care services at all levels.
